It Cosmetics makes some of my favorite products (the Your Skin But Better CC Cream and Bye Bye Makeup Cleansing Balm for starters), so whenever they have a new launch, my curiosity is instantly piqued. A few times a year they team up with the retailer who arguably put them on the map, QVC, for a limited edition Today’s Special Value. These sets are a great way to try several products for a deeply discounted price, which is why every time a new It Cosmetics QVC TSV drops, I get really excited.
The latest QVC TSV features seven times, three of which are brand new, for the low price of $69.96 (a $243.33 value). Officially named the It’s Your Season To Give Love, this collection of products is perfect for the low-maintenance beauty lover, but it’s a versatile gift for anyone who wears makeup. To make things easy, here are my thoughts on every item that’s included:
Bye Bye Foundation Full Coverage Moisturizer SPF 50
This is easily my favorite item in the kit! As a fan of every version of the Your Skin But Better CC Cream, the Full Coverage Moisturizer had big expectations to meet. When used with the included Buffing Foundation Brush, it provides light/medium coverage, enough to hide imperfections, but doesn’t leave the skin feeling heavy or looking cakey. The finish is dewy and long-wearing if set with a powder. For reference, I wear shade Light.

Hello Cheekbones Contour Palette
This kit contains a new shade of this contour palette, Love. I haven’t had a chance to try the original shade, but Love contains a warm bronzer shade and a warm, iridescent pink highlighter. Neither product is very pigmented, which makes it perfect for anyone who isn’t a contouring and bronzing pro. The highlighter pigmentation (not texture) reminds me of the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powders and I ended up using it all over my face.
Where to buy: the included shade isn’t available outside of the kit, but the original is $36, QVC
Bye Bye Pores Poreless Finish Airbrush Brightening Blush
I already own one shade of Bye Bye Pores Blush (in Naturally Pretty) and I’m over-the-moon excited to own another. Using the Bye Bye Pores blurring formula, the Airbrush Brightening Blush smoothes your skin wherever you apply it. The included new shade, Love, is a berry pink with warm undertones and a satin finish. It’s pigmented enough to work for a wide range of skin tones.
Where to buy: the included shade isn’t available outside of the kit, but other shades are $24, Ulta | Sephora
Superhero Elastic Stretch Volumizing Mascara
Superhero is an incredibly popular mascara, so it’s no surprise that they would include a hero product (no pun intended) in this kit. Although I love the length and pitch-black pigment this mascara provides, I prefer a fluffier, more voluminous lash look. It’s not a bad mascara by any means, just not my personal style.

Je Ne Sais Quoi Hydrating Color Awakening Lip Serum
I’m a big fan of many of It Cosmetics’ Je Ne Sais Quoi lip products, especially the Lip Balm. This lip serum feels great on the lips and is very moisturizing, but I wouldn’t rely on it to deposit much color. A new color, Love, is included in this set, but I didn’t see any color on my lightly pigmented lips other than the milky shade of the serum. That being said, it’s a great way to hydrate your lips at home.
Where to buy: the included shade isn’t available outside of the kit, but other shades are: $24, QVC
Heavenly Luxe Buffing Foundation Brush
It Cosmetics foundations brushes are my favorite on the market, full stop. The fluffy, rounded shape of this particular brush applies foundation evenly but doesn’t pack product on, making it perfect for those who prefer light to medium coverage.
Where to buy: I can’t find this exact brush anywhere online, but the press information I was provided with doesn’t say it’s a new or exclusive product
Heavenly Luxe Hello Cheekbones Contour Brush
This uniquely shaped brush takes the guesswork about applying contour & highlighter, which makes it the perfect companion to the contour palette. I also used the highlighting side to powder my entire face and the contouring side to bronze the edges of my face with little adjustment.
Where to buy: $48, QVC
